Designed to be installed prior to drywall installation, E-Lids pre-wired electrical boxes are a prefabricated, labor-saving way to terminate conductors, such as outlets, at the first electrical mobilization to the jobsite. The boxes arrive with conductors already connected (pigtailed) to the device, which makes for quick installation and fewer errors. A side access panel allows conductor connectors to be returned inside the box cavity after connection is made.
