A chicken-and-goat farmer, a former children’s clothing model, a major in the National Guard, and a one-time Chicago Cubs draft pick are among this year’s young superstars of home building named as 40 Under 40 winners by the editors of Professional Builder. The 40 individuals featured here—all under the age of 40 and already very accomplished—represent the next generation of leadership and innovation in home building.
