A house in Serenbe, Ga., not far from Atlanta, uses 110 percent less energy than it’s code-built equivalent, meaning the house will produce more energy than its occupants consume annually.
The home’s builder, Luis Imery of The Imery Group, will present the design and construction best practices of net positive home building at several events.
But don’t worry if you can’t make the events. LG Squared will post all the resources Imery will be using for his presentations so readers can get a quick glimpse of what goes into net positive home building.
