Interior designer and Emmy-winning TV host Bobby Berk recently visited Gilbert, Ariz., for the unveiling of Waterston Central, an anticipated 464-home community by Tri Pointe Homes.

At the unveiling, Berk discussed the inspirations for his interior designs for five of the model homes at Waterston Central. This marks the fourth Tri Pointe community in Arizona for which Berk has provided interior design expertise.

Berk and Tri Pointe's National Collaboration

The unveiling was part of a larger national collaboration dubbed Bobby Berk x Tri Pointe Homes, bringing some of the first Berk-designed homes across America to Tri Pointe’s customers.

The collaboration includes 10 interior design collections (coined "The BB Edit") created by Berk exclusively for Tri Pointe. Waterston Central is the latest of four Bobby Berk x Tri Pointe Homes communities. By 2025, each of the 15 metro areas Tri Pointe serves is expected to showcase models with The BB Edit designs.

Customers can tour a Berk-designed Tri Pointe model home and, when they're ready to purchase, they'll have exclusive access to Berk-selected finishes at a Tri Pointe Homes Design Studio that can be used to personalize their new home.

Tri Pointe Homes and Bobby Berk's Synergy

The shared vision between Tri Pointe Homes and Bobby Berk began at the 2015 International Builders' Show in Las Vegas. "That laid the groundwork for a multiyear partnership that has really taken shape today and creates the ultimate customer experience,” says James Attwood, division president for Tri Pointe Homes Arizona.

“After working together very successfully for many years, we continue to enhance the synergy with Bobby and thoroughly appreciate his passion for modern design and aesthetics," Attwood says. "When you walk into one of our homes designed by Bobby, it just clicks instantly. These homes not only make sense, but they deliver exceptional interior designs and experiences for our homeowners.”
