A recently released Gallup poll found that a majority of Americans named real estate as the best long-term investment, RIS Media reports.
This year marks the second consecutive year for this trend. Real estate beat long-term, investment options like stocks/mutual funds, gold, savings accounts, and bonds, with 31 percent of Americans favoring housing for long-term gains.
