BlueStar added a 24-inch sealed-burner gas range to its Small Spaces series. Designed for smaller kitchens, the range still packs plenty of power. Burners provide up to 21,000 BTUs of heat, while a simmer burner also offers a low-heat flame at 130º F. The convection oven has an infrared broiler and can accommodate an 18-inch-by-13-inch sheet pan. Knobs for the stainless steel range are available in 190 color options.
