Livability’s study includes cities across the country, from Bozeman, Mont. to Ann Arbor, Mich., to number one-ranked Moscow, Idaho. Population: 24,688, Moscow offers residents plenty to do and see together, like visits to the University of Idaho Arboretum and Botanical Garden, and bike paths along the Latah Trail. The Livability study even offers dog-friendly hangouts for the top cities, MarketWatch reports.
