2015 is expected to bring a better market for buyers due to falling home prices. Mortgage rates will remain historically low throughout the coming year although access to credit, especially for Millennials, will remain tight. Some of the local markets to keep an eye on include Rust Belt cities like Cleveland, Pittsburgh, and Milwaukee, Boulder, Colo., and Austin, Texas.
