CoreLogic’s Market Condition Indicators showed that seven major U.S. housing markets are overvalued, HousingWire reports.
At least half of those markets are in Texas. The markets are Austin-Round Rock, Texas; Houston-The Woodlands-Sugar Land, Texas; Charleston-North Charleston, S.C., Miami-Miami Beach-Kendall, Fla., Washington D.C.; Dallas-Plano-Irving, Texas, and San Antonio-New Braunfels, Texas.
