Designed for indoor or outdoor entertaining spaces, the 15-inch Cubelet ice maker from Perlick offers smaller, more chewable pieces of ice to keep drinks cold and to better absorb a beverage’s flavor. “Cubelet ice” is also meant for specialty foods such as seafood and oysters. The unit has a storage capacity of 22 pounds and can produce up to 80 pounds of ice per day. It is available in two models, each with a two-year warranty.
