Prepared by Fortune’s partners at Great Place to Work, a new list identifies the 100 best workplaces for women.
To make the list, employee surveys were sent out and the representation of women within the organizations were analyzed.
David Weekley Homes of Houston, Texas, took 14th spot, the highest of any construction and real estate company that made the list. The next construction and real estate firm that made the list was Camden Property Trust, at number 40.
In the top three were two financial services and insurance companies: TrueWealth in Atlanta, and Squaremouth in St. Petersburg, Fla. The third spot went to Texas Health Resources, a healthcare company in Arlington, Texas.
