The housing market looks set for a major resurgence, according to The Huffington Post and Mark A. Jones, the president and co-founder of AmeriFirst Home Mortgage.
It looks like 2016 will be a year of growth across all housing markets, with the exception being smaller markets that may have lost a major employer or have some other disruptive circumstance.
This growth can be attributed to pent-up demand, rising rent, continuing low interest rates, and increasing home values.
