Portland, Ore., showed the most improvement in Freddie Mac’s Multi Indicator Market Index (MiMi), HousingWire reports.
Nationwide, the MiMi sat at 75.4, which is still weak overall but showed an improvement of 0.69 percent from February to March.
Also in the top five are Riverside, Calif., San Jose, Nashville, and Baton Rouge.
