Freddie Mac’s Multi-Indicator Market Index (MiMi) says that Fresno, Calif., Austin, Texas, and Honolulu are the healthiest housing markets in the country, according to MarketWatch.
The data shows whether local, state, and national housing markets are stable and consistent. It also includes how many home-purchase applications have been completed relative to available homes.
Fresno had a 3.38 percent jump in purchase applications, according to October’s MiMi report.
