The differences between generations are often talked about. How do the Baby Boomers compare to Generation Xers, and how do those two cohorts compare to Gen Yers? Building Teams across the country, whether building apartments, condos, or gated communities, may want to consider how close restaurants, grocery stores, and walking trails are to their projects. If your desired tenants are Boomers, you'll want to see if a yoga/pilates center is nearby. Generation Y, however, would prefer a dog park.
