The 400 series ventilation system from Gaggenau is functional and offers a minimalist design. The new high-performance AI/AW 442 hood is available in 48-inch-wide island or wall-mounted versions. Tilted baffle filters provide 90 percent grease separation capacity, and a wider capture area helps the unit’s efficiency. Both models can operate in recirculation or exhaust air mode, and both have a dimmable white LED light bar for optimum cooktop illumination.
