The latest Leading Indicator of Remodeling Activity by the Joint Center for Housing Studies of Harvard University showed that annual growth in home improvement projects is expected to slow this year.
The annual growth of home improvement projects is expected to slow from 6.3 percent in the first quarter of the new year to 1.6 percent by the third quarter as a result of weakening home sales across the country.
