Atlanta is the best metro when it comes to finding a job and affording a home, MarketWatch reports.

Indeed and Realtor.com created a metric to find the most affordable hot markets, and Atlanta ranked first due to its mix. It had the second-highest number of clicks among job searchers looking to relocate, but also 67 percent of homes in the market are considered affordable.

Charlotte, Chicago, and Philadelphia are other hot and affordable markets. The source also found that New York has plenty of listings but higher housing costs (which earned NYC a No. 8 ranking) and that San Jose, Calif., has the most job listings, but the city’s homes sell for nearly twice the national median price.
