According to Zillow, Houston’s housing market is like a rare oasis because of its relatively affordable homes in a growing city.
Zillow’s Real Estate Research team looked at several dimensions of the market, comparing homeownership rate and commuting costs and time, finding that Houston’s housing success does come at a cost.
