Flooring manufacturer Lumber Liquidators announced that it will stop selling laminate flooring sourced from China.
The announcement came after Lumber Liquidators’ stock fell 47 percent since March 1, when CBS aired a “60 Minutes” special alleging high formaldehyde levels in some of the company’s products, which prompted the Department of Justice and the Consumer Product Safety Commission to begin an investigation and press criminal charges.
