Mantis Deck Clip System | SENCO

The Mantis Deck Clip System is now being offered by SENCO. It includes starter and finish clips that come in three custom varieties to work with most decking available on the market. The Mantis 396 is designed for boards with a 0.416-inch profile; the Mantis 385 is suitable for Fiberon, TimberTech, Wolf Deck, and NyloDeck; and the Mantis TRX Line is for use exclusively with Trex decking. The Mantis Deck Clip system was found to have a lateral movement resistance 42 percent greater than other brands, the manufacturer says, holding steady to 391 foot-pounds, compared with the 274 foot-pounds average of competitors. Mantis Deck Clips are available in boxes that cover 50 square feet and buckets that cover 20 square feet of decking. While the boxes include start and finish clips, the buckets do not.
