According to HousingWire, Zillow forecasts the coming year will see millennials flocking into the market.
“Roughly 42 percent of millennials say they want to buy a home in the next one to five years,” said Zillow’s Chief Economist Stan Humphries. “By the end of 2015, millennials will become the largest home-buying age group.” Zillow’s research reveals that the three best markets for first-time buyers in 2015 are Pittsburgh, Penn., Hartford, Conn., and Chicago.
