For renters that are looking for a new apartment, house, or condo, RadPad can come through for them. The app shows how many people have clicked on a listing, giving potential renters a sense of how competitive they’ll have to be to get that space.
The Washington Post evaluated several apps that renters — or mortgage shoppers, or home buyers — can use. Sellers on the roomy app can create 3D images of rooms in their homes, all based on photos taken by phone or tablet.
Recent home buyers can take advantage of the MagicPlan and Floorplanner apps, which can help them map out where they’ll place furniture within their rooms.
