A lot of change is happening in the mortgage market, and Reuters reports that the new mortgage fee framework will be unveiled within the first quarter of 2015.
In addition, FHFA director Mel Watt also announced that in early December, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac will release details of the extra requirements borrowers must meet to make a 3 percent down payment on a mortgage.
