A couple relocated to Cape Cod to be closer to their grandchildren, and decided to build a home with a post and beam structure, similar to those built in the 1800s.
“I love post and beam, when you see it from the inside, the form itself is beautiful. All hand-cut joinery,” the home’s future owner Jim E. Moore told Cape News.
The Moore’s hired a small family-owned business in Hardwick called Hardwick Post & Beam to realize their dream home.
