“A successful man is one who can lay a firm foundation with the bricks that others have thrown at him.” That’s how the famous newscaster and journalist David Brinkley defined success, and it is a definition that may carry some literal weight when it comes to successful home builders; and even more so for Professional Builder’s pantheon of 40 Under 40 winners.

These young home building company owners and executives, sales managers and marketing directors, purchasing managers, construction and operations managers, and architects and designers have all managed to lay a firm business foundation at a very early stage in their professional careers. While they have already experienced great success, sustaining and growing that success is key.

That is what Professional Builder’s 3rd Annual Under 40 Executive Summit is meant to help with. The event, which is being held in San Francisco this year, will convene more than 100 current and past 40 Under 40 winners and other young home building industry attendees for leadership and professional development sessions and networking with peers.

The theme for this year’s conference is “Standing Out in a Crowd – What Sets You Apart,” and it will focus on giving young professionals advice and tools for breaching the wall separating them from the next stage in their careers. Providing the boost to scale this wall will be seasoned industry veterans and young industry superstars, all of whom will be sharing hard-earned lessons from the field. The Summit is also a great place for networking, and all attendees can expect to leave with dozens of new business ideas and contact information for industry colleagues.

Please join us at The Marker Hotel in San Francisco on June 20-21 to experience everything the Under 40 Executive Summit has to offer. Registration is open now.
