Phoenix-based NexMetro Communities announced that it just purchased 10 acres of land in Plano, Texas, to be developed into what the company calls “a neighborhood of 122 luxury leased homes.”
“The deal continues NexMetro's Texas expansion and is designed to attract lifestyle-conscious consumers who choose to lease rather than own a home,” the company said in a statement.
