According to Zillow Real Estate Research, student debt does not impact homeownership chances as much as popularly believed.
“Graduates with advanced degrees are the most likely to own a home, even if they racked up a lot of student debt,” Zillow reports. “Those least likely to own homes are people with student debt, but no degree.”
