Texas beats out California as the state where home prices are the most overvalued, according to the Orange County Register.
When it comes to homes that are overvalued, Texas is where you’ll find them. Prices in the Lonestar State are 11 percent overvalued compared to other regions of the country. In Austin, homes are 20 percent overvalued, 19 percent overvalued in Houston, and 16 percent overvalued in San Antonio.
