Being a Millennial searching to buy a home right now can be a bit tricky. Even if you have managed to save up enough for a down payment and are able to secure a mortgage, it can be extremely difficult to find a home that meets your needs without going way over budget.

However, as realtor.com reports, a new report from the National Association of Realtors has pinpointed the best cities in the country for young homebuyers based on employment, population, income, and housing condition data in the nation’s biggest metro areas.

When all the beans were counted, Austin, Texas came out on top as the best city in the country for Millennial homebuyers, where they make up 18 percent of the total population.

Charleston, S.C. came in just behind Austin with 24.5 percent of people moving to the historic city being of the Millennial generation. The historic charm, small town feel, and wide variety of things to do make the southern city a popular choice.

Denver, Minneapolis, and Ogden, Utah round out the top five while Portland, Ore., Salt Lake City, and Washington, D.C. were sprinkled in among the top ten.
