  • Give an example of how you handled a peer who was not supportive of your business agenda?
  • How have you handled a subordinate who was not able to perform?
  • What is your method for getting people to follow your vision?
  • What are your core values and why are they important to you?
  • What type of business culture allows you to thrive?
  • Describe the leadership style of a past supervisor who was able to maximize your output.
  • How do you work under stress?
  • What behavior development would help you professionally?
