A report says that seller traffic remains weak in a majority of states, including most of the Midwest and Northeast.
The REALTORS Seller Traffic Index found that conditions were weak in 48 states (seller traffic was moderate in Vermont and strong in North Dakota).
The Buyer Traffic Index, however, measured the same period and found that the index was “weak” in 26 states and “strong” in 24, with Washington D.C. listed as being “very strong.”
