To extend water-saving capabilities for its array of tankless residential models, Noritz has released its RPK-EXT External Pump Kit for recirculation. Available as a separate add-on component to 26 additional Noritz residential models beyond its NRCP line of condensing tankless water heaters, the kit includes a sensor to monitor the hot-water line and automatically turn off the circulator once it hits the preset temperature. The kit also uses a dedicated return line to send water that’s sitting in the line back to the heater for reheating and recirculation.
