In 2011, Lake Barrington Shores Condominium Six Homeowners’ Association determined that the cedar siding on its condo units should be completely removed and replaced with a more durable alternative. An architectural firm hired to make recommendations provided three options for replacing the siding: LP® SmartSide® Siding, fiber cement siding and traditional cedar siding.

In spite of delays caused by weather, Inside-Out Construction completed the project within the time frame, as promised, which meant significant cost savings for the association.
