Real estate professionals Steve Wydler and Hans Wydler share what home features they found buyers most charmed by.
In a list of trends they compiled for The Washington Post, kitchen cabinetry that goes all the way to the ceiling tops the list because it makes use of all the vertical space. “Besides, when cabinets stop short of the ceiling, the tops just collect dust,” they add.
Other features include smart use of pocket doors, floor vents and return grilles made out of the same material as the floor, and innovative ways to place electric outlets.
