Winners were named in five multifamily categories at the 2017 Aurora Awards, three of which were projects with buildings with five stories or less.
The 75 luxury homes at Mid - Town Modern contain modern design features such as all-concrete construction and full-height fixed glass windows. Dwell at Midtown Park was designed with a Spanish contemporary flavor and has indoor/outdoor spaces and two large pools. The luxury units at the West Grant Street Town Homes interact with the surrounding Orlando SoDo neighborhood by opening directly onto street level.
