2023 Housing Giants—East South Central Region

In the East South Central region, which includes Alabama, Kentucky, Mississippi, and Tennessee, D.R. Horton, Clayton Properties Group, and Lennar occupy the top three spots for new-home closings in 2022, according to data from the 2023 Pro Builder Housing Giants Report.
