Michael Nunziata

Michael Nunziata is Division President of 13^th Floor Homes where he is responsible for overseeing and expanding the firm’s homebuilding program. Michael holds a bachelor’s degree in economics with a minor in entrepreneurship from the University of Florida and a master’s of science degree in real estate from Columbia University.
