The 2019 Building Systems Housing Summit recognized the best innovations and brightest minds in systems-built homes. A celebration of all aspects of systems-built homes, the summit awarded the best contenders in 21 categories, including social media, marketing, and web design. The top awards went to those who pushed design boundaries and showcased the benefits of a systems-built approach, including: the Builder of the Year, Ken Semler of Express Modular; Manufacturer of the Year, Gerry McCaughey of Entekra; Associate of the Year, Brian Sielaff of Tamarack Grove Engineering; and the One to Watch, Sarah Smith of Blue Ridge Log Cabins. The 2020 best systems-built homes, industry professionals and marketing initiatives were recognized at the 2019 Building Systems Housing Summit in Pittsburgh.

Named after a longtime council supporter and champion of the off-site construction industry, the Building Systems Councils’ (BSC) Jerry Rouleau Awards for Excellence in Home Design and Marketing were handed out in 21 categories.

This year’s home design winners showcased the excellence in design and flexibility offered by systems-built construction. The 2020 home design honorees highlighted diversity of the industry. See all of the 2020 home design honorees.
