Rheem Donates $10K to Habitat for Humanity

Rheem, an Atlanta-based heating and air conditioning manufacturer, is aiding in Habitat for Humanity’s mission to build more housing with a recent $10,000 donation. According to Rheem, employees embarked on a health and wellness journey in which they logged their walking, biking, and running miles. The 14,512 miles—shared between 130 employees—were than converted into dollars, allowing Rheem to achieve its donation goal.

We are also proud to support and encourage our employees wherever they are on their health and wellness journeys,” said Dipa Homer, executive vice president, global human resources and communications, Rheem. “A stable home is key to building careers and brighter futures. This donation represents another step in Rheem’s commitment to Atlanta and serving those striving to provide reliable and safe homes for their families.”
