Roof Saver is a rolled ridge vent system designed to provide ventilation properties at a roof's ridge that offer relief from excess heat and condensation moisture. By offering 16.85 square inches of net free area per linear foot, it reduces conditions that allow the growth of mold and mildew, the company says. Made with natural fiber materials, the continuous shingle-over-ridge vent has passed independent 110-mph wind-driven rain and snow tests and has a UL Class A fire rating.
