Rental investors are looking to grow their portfolios.
A majority of U.S. real estate investors are planning to grow their portfolios and invest significantly in property improvements in 2025, according to a November 2024 survey from RentRedi, a property management software provider. RentRedi's 2025 Real Estate Investment Trends survey indicates there is strong confidence in the rental housing market, and landlords are prioritizing long-term growth and profitability even though they face various economic and regulatory challenges. Among the surveys findings, 59% of U.S. landlords plan to acquire new properties this year. Read more
