Shinn Group co-founders Chuck and Emma Shinn will be stepping down after 50 years at the helm of the consulting business.
Home building consulting firm The Shinn Group recently announced new leadership, with Emma Jane Wildermuth stepping into the role of president and Brian Wildermuth as executive vice president. Emma Jane and Brian will take over for Chuck and Emma Shinn, who have served as co-founders of the company for 50 years.
Both Emma Jane and Brian bring extensive experience and a commitment to advancing the company’s mission of supporting private home builders across the U.S. In their new roles, they will focus on the company’s growth and stability while actively consulting on leadership development and modern marketing strategies. Emma Jane, who has been with the company since 1999, has played a key role in the company's growth and educational initiatives for future home builders. Brian, who joined in 2023, has more than 40 years of expertise in real estate, marketing, and leadership.
