Caldwell Companies Launches Home Building Division

Caldwell Companies, a master-plan community builder and developer, will start its own home building entity.

Community Impact Newspaper reports that Caldwell Homes will specialize in constructing high-end homes for active adults. The new division’s first homes will be built at the Towne Lake master-planned community northwest of Houston. The first model will open this spring.

Caldwell Homes will offer multiple floor plans with extensive space for storage, above average-sized outdoor living spaces, entertainment areas and energy-efficient designs. Amenities such as remote home automation and yard maintenance are designed to provide residents with a maintenance-free lifestyle, officials said.
