According to the S&P/Case-Shiller Home Price Index, U.S. home price growth remained largely flat in June.
The Wall Street Journal says that the report is “a further indication that the housing market is holding steady after years of turbulence.”
After seasonal adjustment, the national index only rose by 0.1 percent, making a price index of 4.5 percent in June compared to 4.4 percent in May.
