Investment firm Cerberus Capital Management may soon be one of the top 10 owners of U.S. houses, Bloomberg reports.
Sources that have asked to remain unnamed because of the transaction’s privacy told Bloomberg that Cerberus plans to acquire properties from BLT Homes. Most of the houses will be located in the Midwest and Florida.
Spokesmen from both firms declined to comment.
