The Wall Street Journal reports on the current wave of Chinese home building companies that are flocking to the U.S. Among these companies are Landsea Green Properties Co, and Fuxing Huiyu Real EstateCo., which are listed on the Hong Kong and Shenzhen stock exchanges respectively. These home builders will function in every aspect like U.S. home builders, but also cater to Chinese buyers, who last year made up 24 percent of all U.S. home purchases by foreigners.
