For the first time in more than 3.5 years, nationwide home values fell slightly in July, Zillow reports.
After years of losing ground due to rising prices, the slight fall is good news for buyers. Markets where the average home value dipped include Washington, D.C., Cincinnati, Baltimore, and Phoenix.
