CNN Money reports that a community development organization in Cleveland is using sheep to keep grass short – a method that cuts costs for a landscaping crew by over half.
The city’s Chief of Sustainability Jenita McGowan says that the city is trying to improve its quality of life for citizens and make the city more attractive for newcomers. Other efforts include food education, produce food trucks, and community cooking tutorials.
