A recent report by Zillow Real Estate Research found that in areas where home values are rising the most rapidly, confidence levels of homeowners and renters are growing increasingly disparate.
Despite the growing economy, the parts of the country where homes have seen a significant increase in home values translates to growing confidence for homeowners while renters confidence has fallen. Homeowners are reporting a decrease in confidence in areas where home values have been slow to rise.
